You Say ‘Teabagger,’ I Say You’re A Homophobic Elitist Prick

There’s a new trendy way for self-righteous bigots to attempt character assassination of the political right. It’s really simple. All you do is call anyone who says anything about lower taxes or smaller government a ‘teabagger.’ See it’s funny because it’s a play on the “Tea Parties” that have been happening protesting the record government spending that we’ve been having under the Obama administration.

Now interestingly, the Republicans and Bush’s policies are also protested at these events too, but you wouldn’t know that by watching the news coverage, as they attempt to portray anyone with an independent thought as a radical right winger.

The Mainstream News

Maybe you don’t know what the term teabagger actually means. Well Wikipedia provides a fairly clear description with, “Teabagging is a slang term for the act of a man placing his scrotum in the mouth[1] or on or around the face (including the top of the head) of another person, often in a repeated in-and-out motion…” This is typically considered a dominating act of one man over another with (obviously) a fairly homosexual connotation to it. So it’s odd that the politically left leaning ‘news’ network MSNBC uses it as a derogatory term to describe their political rivals. So the implication is that your rivals are gay and that’s a bad thing? How very enlightening and accepting of you MSNBC.
